PASTA ALLA RUCOLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta tipo Orecchiette
50 g burro
50 g Gorgonzola dolce
4 cucchiai latte
1 mazzetto rucola
sale

In una padella far fondere il burro con il Gorgonzola tagliato a pezzetti e il latte fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso, unire la rucola lavata e tagliuzzata e far cuocere per pochi minuti.

Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirla con la salsa preparata e servire.
