PASTA PRELIBATA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta corta
1 cipolla
1 spicchio aglio
1 carota
1 zucchina
1 costa sedano
500 g pomodori pelati
prezzemolo
Basilico
olio
grana grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Far soffriggere l'aglio e la cipolla tritati con l'olio, unire la carota, la zucchina e il sedano tagliati a dadini, i pomodori frullati, il prezzemolo e il Basilico tritati, il sale, il Pepe e far cuocere per circa un'ora. Condire con questo sugo e il grana la pasta cotta al dente.
