PASTA ALLA POLPA DI GRANCHIO

Spezzettare i bastoncini di granchio, e buttarli nel soffritto (olio, prezzemolo, aglio, ed un pezzetto di Peperoncino). Farli disfare.

Mettere un pizzico di sale e un po' di vino bianco, e farlo evaporare. Poi aggiungere del pomodoro finché la salsa non acquista un colore rosato.

Aggiungere un po' d'acqua, e far cuocere per 10--15 minuti, poi mettere la panna.
