PASTA E PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta
300 g piselli surgelati Findus
250 g pelati
80 gr burro
1 cipolla
100 g pancetta affumicata
sale
Pepe

Fondere il burro, unire la cipolla affettata finemente, la pancetta tagliata a dadini. Unire i piselli e soffriggere per 10', aggiungere i pelati, il sale e portare a cottura lentamente. Lessare la pasta e unirla ai piselli, infine insaporire con sale e Pepe.
