PASTA E MELANZANE ALLA SICILIANA

Tagliare una melanzana a fette e salare le fette.

Metter su la pasta ed un normale sughetto di pomodoro (con un po' di cipolla e Basilico).

Friggere le fette di melanzana in olio, senza impanarle.

Tagliare le melanzane cotte a pezzettini e mescolarle a pasta e sugo.
