PASTA MEDITERRANEA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g fusilli
1 spicchio aglio
8 olive nere snocciolate e tritate
3 filetti Acciughe sott'olio tagliate a pezzettini
2 pomodori maturi sbucciati, tagliati e fatti scolare
Basilico
100 g ricotta
olio
sale
Pepe
parmigiano

Mentre cuoce la pasta mettete in una padella 3 cucchiai d'olio, aggiungete l'aglio finemente tritato e mescolatevi insieme le olive le Acciughe, i pomodori, il Basilico, la ricotta. Salate e saltateci la pasta aggiungedo il parmigiano e il Pepe.
