PASTA CON LIMONE E CANNELLA A FREDDO

Spezie ed aromi si esaltano con il caldo della pasta ma si possono elaborare a freddo come la Cannella e il limone: 2 parti di Cannella in polvere per 1 parte di buccia di limone grattugiata mescolati a burro ammorbidito e mantecato.
