PASTA ALLA LIGURE

pasta_ligure Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Linguine
abbondante Basilico
1 spicchio aglio
200 g fagioli borlotti
100 g fagiolini
2 zucchine piccole
2 patate
parmigiano grattugiato
olio
burro
sale
Pepe

Pestare Basilico e aglio, unire 2 cucchiai di parmigiano, sale, Pepe e olio quanto basta per avere una salsa omogenea. Cuocere i fagioli in 2 l di acqua leggermente salata, dopo 20' unire i fagiolini a pezzetti, dopo altri 10' le patate intere e dopo altri 5' le zucchine a bastoncini. Poi unire la pasta e portare a cottura. Scolare il tutto e condire con la salsa al Basilico.
