PASTA AL GRANCHIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta tipo penne
300 g polpa di granchio in scatola
2 spicchi aglio
400 g pomodori pelati
prezzemolo
olio
sale
Pepe

Mettere in una casseruola 4 cucchiai di olio, l'aglio sbucciato e il prezzemolo tritato, unire la polpa di granchio a pezzetti, far insaporire, mescolare, pepare, aggiungere i pomodori a pezzi, salare, cuocere per 15 minuti e frullare il tutto. Cuocere la pasta al dente, mantecarla in padella con la salsa e servire.
