PASTA AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pasta corta
80 g burro
1 Mozzarella
2 uova
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, scolarla e passarla sotto l'acqua fredda per fermare la cottura. Mettere in una Terrina la Mozzarella tagliata a dadini, 1 uovo intero e 1 tuorlo, abbondante parmigiano e metà burro, unire la pasta e pepare. Mescolare, versare in una pirofila imburrata, cospargere di parmigiano e fiocchetti di burro, far gratinare in forno e servire.
