PASTA CON FAGIOLI E NOCI

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

300 g penne rigate
150 g pancetta
200 g pomodoro
250 g fagioli cannellini lessati
150 g noci tritate
parmigiano
sale
Pepe
olio

Mentre cuoce la pasta, mettere in una padella 3 cucchiai d'olio e fare rosolare bene la pancetta. Aggiungere i fagioli e il pomodoro e lasciar cuocere pochi minuti con poco sale e Pepe.

Una volta cotta la pasta saltarla nella padella e condire con abbondante parmigiano e le noci tritate.
