PASTA E FAGIOLI CON LE COZZE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fagioli bianchi già lessati o in scatola
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
300 g pomodori pelati
2 cucchiai olio
1 Kg Cozze
pasta mista
1 spicchio aglio
sale
Pepe

Pulire e lavare bene le Cozze, metterle in teglia, farle aprire e sgusciarle. Filtrare il brodo di cottura. Soffriggere l'olio e l'aglio tritato in una pentola alta, unire i pomodori. A metà cottura unire i fagioli con 4 bicchieri di acqua, le Cozze e il loro brodo. Cuocervi la pasta lentamente. Servire calda con Pepe a parte.
