PASTA ESTATE

pasta_estate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g penne rigate
1 scatola pomodori pelati
250 g Mozzarella
5 Acciughe
100 g olive nere
1 mazzetto Basilico
olio
origano
sale
Pepe

Frullare i pomodori, salare, pepare e unire una manciata di origano, le Acciughe sminuzzate e qualche cucchiaio di olio. Mescolare, aggiungere le olive, coprire il recipiente e far macerare per 2 ore. Cuocere la pasta, scolarla, passarla sotto l'acqua fredda. Scolarla nuovamente e versarla nel sugo. Mescolare e aggiungere la Mozzarella e il Basilico.
