PASTA ESOTICA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g cuori di palma in scatola
1 avocado
300 g piselli surgelati
300 g tonno
2 tuorli
limone
1 bicchierino vino
crescione
Basilico
4 cucchiai panna
olio
sale
Pepe

Ridurre a fettine i cuori di palma e a dadini l'avocado. Spezzettare Basilico e crescione. Lessare i piselli. Cuocere la pasta, raffreddarla e condirla con le verdure, gli aromi preparati e poco olio Frullare il tonno, unirvi un cucchiaio di succo di limone, i tuorli e montare la salsa versando a filo un bicchiere d'olio. Unirvi, poco per volta, il vino e la panna. Versare sulla pasta e servire.
