PASTA CON CIPOLLINE E PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta corta
300 g pisellini surgelati
200 g pomodori pelati
4 cipolline
50 g burro
1 fetta pancetta
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe

Far soffriggere nella metà del burro le cipolline affettate e la pancetta tagliata a dadini, unire i pomodori tritati, i piselli scongelati, il sale, il Pepe e far cuocere per 20--30 minuti.

Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirla con la salsa preparata, il rimanente burro e il prezzemolo tritato e servire.
