PASTA CON CARCIOFI E PEPERONI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g cuori di carciofo
400 g peperoni
6 cucchiai olio
200 g pomodori
400 g pasta

Lessare i cuori di carciofo e scottare sulla fiamma i peperoni. Far scaldare l'olio e unirvi i carciofi a spicchi, i peperoni a filetti, i pomodori e il sale.

Cuocere la pasta al dente e unirla alle verdure, lasciare sul fuoco qualche minuto e pepare.
