PASTA AROMATICA

pasta_aromatica Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

tutte le erbe aromatiche di cui si dispone in un trito abbondante
50 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
3 cucchiai formaggio cremoso
1/2 bicchiere latte
400 g pasta corta
sale

Stufare il trito di erbe con il burro e l'olio, sciogliervi il formaggio cremoso e unire il latte. Cuocere la pasta al dente e condirla con il composto. Servire subito.
