PAPPARDELLE ALLA ROMAGNOLA

Pappardelle_romagnola Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g Pappardelle
1 pezzetto cipolla
80 g prosciutto crudo
Rosmarino
1/2 mestolo brodo
300 g pomodori pelati
sale
Pepe nero
parmigiano grattugiato

Stufare nel brodo un trito di cipolla, prosciutto e Rosmarino. Unire i pomodori, regolare di sale e Pepe e cuocere a fuoco basso per circa 30' girando di tanto in tanto. Cuocere le Pappardelle in acqua salata, scolarle e condirle con il sugo preparato e con il parmigiano a piacere.
