PAPPARDELLE DELICATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Pappardelle
200 g prosciutto cotto
3 uova
burro
parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Cuocere le Pappardelle al dente in abbondante acqua salata.

In una pentola capace far soffriggere nel burro il prosciutto tagliato a listarelle, versarvi le Pappardelle, rompervi le uova, amalgamare bene, cospargere di parmigiano e servire calde.
