PAGLIA E FIENO AL SALMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta tipo paglia e fieno
300 g salmone in scatola
1 spicchio aglio
5 cucchiai olio
prezzemolo
sale

Lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua salata. Sbucciare l'aglio e metterlo a colorire in un tegame con 5 cucchiai di olio. Unire il salmone ben sgocciolato dal liquido di conserva e sminuzzato, lasciandolo crogiolare per 5' a fuoco basso. Scolare la pasta, condirla con il sugo di salmone e cospargere la superficie con prezzemolo tritato.
