ORECCHIETTE AL CAVOLFIORE

Orecchiette_cavolfiore Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Orecchiette
1 cavolfiore o 400 g broccoli verdi
70 g lardo a dadini
2 cucchiai olio
5 cucchiai Pecorino grattugiato
sale

Lessare molto al dente il cavolfiore o i broccoli. Scolarlo e dividerlo a cimette eliminando la parte più dura. Rosolare il lardo con l'olio e toglierlo dal fondo di cottura. Unire il cavolfiore e farlo insaporire. Cuocere al dente le Orecchiette, scolarle e saltarle in padella con il cavolfiore, unire il lardo e cospargere di Pecorino.
