MINESTRA CON I QUADRUCCI

minestra_quadrucci Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 uovo
1 cucchiaio farina
1/2 bicchiere latte
sale
1 l brodo
200 g quadrucci
grana grattugiato

Sbattere l'uovo con la farina diluita nel latte. Salare e con il composto preparare 4 cre^pes sottili da tagliare a quadretti. Scaldare il brodo, cuocervi i quadrucci freschi all'uovo e a fine cottura unire i quadretti delle cre^pes. Servire con abbondante grana.
