MINESTRA AL LATTE

minestra_latte Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 patate
1 rapa
1 cipolla
2 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
1 l latte
2 dadi
sale
Pepe
200 g pastina
parmigiano grattugiato

Tagliare a cubetti le patate e la rapa. Rosolarle nell'olio e burro con la cipolla tritata, quindi bagnare con il latte, unire i dadi, il sale e il Pepe. Cuocere per 15--20'. Aggiungere la pastina e portare a cottura. Servire con abbondante parmigiano grattugiato.
