MINESTRA JULIENNE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

120 g pasta tipo stelline
1 patata
1/2 sedano rapa
2 carote
1 zucchina
1 spicchio aglio
1 cipolla
30 g burro
olio
grana grattugiato
1 l brodo
sale
Pepe

Tritare l'aglio e la cipolla, farli appassire in una casseruola con olio e burro, unire le verdure lavate e tagliate a Julienne, pepare, bagnare con il brodo e far cuocere per 10 minuti. Aggiungere la pastina, portare a cottura, regolare di sale, cospargere di grana e servire.
