MACCHERONI AL TALEGGIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g maccheroni
200 g patate
300 g taleggio
100 g burro
250 g lardo

Far lessare in acqua bollente salata la pasta e le patate, sbucciare le patate, tagliarle a dadi e metterle in una pirofila imburrata con i maccheroni. Unire il lardo fatto dorare nel burro, il taleggio tagliato a pezzetti e infornare fino a che il taleggio sarà sciolto. Servire ben caldo.
