MACCHERONI ALLA PUGLIESE

maccheroni_pugliese Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g maccheroni
500 g polpa di pomodoro passata
0.75 dl olio
1/2 cucchiaio cipolla e aglio tritati
abbondante rucola
50 g Pecorino grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Imbiondire il trito di aglio e cipolla nell'olio, unire il pomodoro, sale e Pepe Cuocere per 30'. Mettere sul fuoco l'acqua necessaria per la pasta, unire la rucola e portare a bollore, cuocervi la pasta, scolare il tutto, condire con la salsa e con il formaggio, mescolare e servire.
