MACCHERONI AL PROSCIUTTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g maccheroni
150 g prosciutto crudo
Rosmarino
Salvia
burro
grana
sale
Pepe

Mettere sul fuoco 60 g. di burro con il Rosmarino e la Salvia legati insieme. Appena il condimento soffrigge aggiungere il prosciutto crudo tagliato a pezzetti molto piccoli e una macinata di Pepe. Alzare la fiamma e, mescolando, far rosolare per 2'. Cuocere i maccheroni in abbondante acqua salata; scolarli al dente e condirli subito con il sugo, eliminando Rosmarino e Salvia, e con grana grattugiato.
