MACCHERONI GUSTOSI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g maccheroni
30 [sic] g polpa di maiale a dadini
200 g champignons
2 cucchiai salsa di pomodoro
farina
3 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
1 cipolla
brodo
sale

In una casseruola fate appassire la cipolla tritata con olio e burro, unite la carne, fatela rosolare e aggiungete i funghi. Unite la salsa di pomodoro allungata con brodo caldo, salate e cuocete 30'. Prima di togliere dal fuoco unite una noce di burro impastata con un cucchiaino di farina, in modo che il sugo si rapprenda e condite la pasta.
