MACCHERONI GRATINATI

tempo: 45 minuti
Ingredienti e preparazione per 4 persone:

400 gmaccheroni
200 gMozzarella
50 gFontina
2 uova
50 gparmigiano grattugiato
50 gburro
sale

Far bollire i maccheroni in acqua bollente salata e, quando sono al dente, versarli in una Terrina ed unire la Mozzarella e la Fontina tagliate a dadolini. Aggiungere un uovo intero e un rosso d'uovo. Mescolare ed unire anche metà parmigiano e 30 g di burro. Versare la pasta condita in una pirofila imburrata. Cospargere con fiocchetti di burro e parmigiano. Infornare a 180o e togliere a crosta indorata.
