MACCHERONI DELLO CHEF

Ingredienti:

burro
formaggio grattugiato
emmenthal tagliato a dadini
prosciutto cotto
Besciamella

Lessate la pasta per 5 minuti. Conditela con burro e fomaggio grattugiato. Unitevi i dadini di emmenthal e di prosciutto cotto. Sistematela in una teglia imburrata e copritela con abbondante Besciamella. Fare gratinare in forno.
