maccheroni_4_formaggi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g maccheroni rigati
100 g Mozzarella
100 g formaggio olandese
100 g groviera
100 g parmigiano
100 g burro

Fondere il burro a bagnomaria, mescolarvi i formaggi a dadini e il parmigiano grattugiato per ottenere una crema. Lessare i maccheroni, scolarli e condirli con la crema. Servire subito e possibilmente in piatti caldi.
