400 g maccheroncini ritorti
1OO g prosciutto cotto
150 g pisellini primavera
2 pomodori
2 limoni
prezzemolo
olio
sale

Lavare i pomodori, privarli dei semi e tagliarli a dadini; lessare i piselli; tagliare a cubetti il prosciutto; tritare il prezzemolo e mettere tutto in una Terrina.

Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolarla al dente, versarla nella Terrina, condire con olio e succo di limone e mettere in frigorifero per circa un'ora prima di servire.
