LINGUINE AL SEDANO

Linguine_sedano Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Linguine
1/2 cipolla
1 cuore sedano con le foglie
30 g pancetta
1 carota
300 g pomodori pelati
qualche foglia Basilico
4 cucchiai grana grattugiato
olio
burro
sale

Tritare finemente cipolla, sedano, carota e pancetta e soffriggerli per 10' in 4 cucchiai di olio. Unire i pelati, salare e cuocere coperto e a fuoco dolce, mescolando ogni tanto, sino ad ottenere una salsa densa. Cuocere le Linguine, scolarle e condirle con la salsa, una noce di burro, il grana e il Basilico.
