LINGUINE CACIO E PEPE

Linguine_cacio_Pepe Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Linguine
120 g Pecorino sardo o romano
4 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio Pepe nero macinato grosso
sale

Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata. Mescolare il Pecorino grattugiato e il Pepe nero. Scolare le Linguine al dente, versarle in una Terrina, condirle con il formaggio e il Pepe e mescolare con cura. Aggiungere l'olio e due o tre cucchiai dell'acqua di cottura. Servire subito.
