LASAGNE GHIOTTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g lasagne
20 g prosciutto crudo
2 tuorli
100 g panna liquida
50 g burro
100 g parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Cuocete e scolate le lasagne ancora al dente. Conditele con il prosciutto tritato, i tuorli leggermente sbattuti, la panna e la metà del parmigiano. Ponetele in una teglia precedentemente imburrata, cospargetele di fiocchetti di burro e del restante parmigiano e ponetele in forno a gratinare. Servitele calde.
