INSALATA DI CONCHIGLIE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g conchiglie
3 uova sode
prosciutto cotto
1/2 limone
olio
Pepe
sale

Cuocere la pasta, scolarla al dente e lasciarla raffreddare sotto l'acqua. Versarla in una zuppiera, distribuire sopra i rossi delle uova, passati a setaccio, e irrorare con olio.

Unire tre cucchiaiate abbondanti di prosciutto cotto tagliato a dadini e aggiungere sale, Pepe e succo di limone Mescolare e servire.
