GEMELLI CON CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g gemelli
1 confezione cuori di carciofi Findus
100 g pancetta affumicata
parmigiano grattugiato
100 g burro
prezzemolo tritato
olio
Pepe
sale

Scongelare i carciofi, cuocerli a fuoco basso con una cucchiaiata di burro e quattro di acqua; salarli e peparli. Far rosolare la pancetta.

Lessare la pasta, condirla con i carciofi, il resto del burro, la pancetta rosolata, il parmigiano e spolverizzarla con abbondante prezzemolo.
