GARGANELLI ALL'ACCIUGA FRESCA

Ingredienti: (per 4)
300gAcciughefresche
50gfinocchietto selvaticoo aneto
1spicchioaglio
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe
350ggarganelli
1dlvino bianco
olio extra-vergine d'oliva

Pulire e spinare le Acciughe, tagliarle a pezzettini; preparare in una padella con circa nezzo bicchiere d'olio le Acciughe: cuocere 2 o 3 minuti, poi aggiungere l'aglio tritato, prezzemolo, il finochietto, sale e Pepe qb.
Cuocere altri 2 o 3 minuti, bagnare col vino, fare evaporare, togliere la padella dal fornello.
Cuocere i garganelli, appena cotti scolarli e saltare in padella sul fornello circa un minuto, poi servire.
