FUSILLI CON MENTUCCIA E ORIGANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g fusilli
200 g salsiccia fresca
1/4 l vino bianco secco
20 g mentuccia
20 g origano
2 spicchi aglio
burro
sale

Sbriciolare la salsiccia, passarla nel burro, aggiungere l'aglio schiacciato e cuocerla bene. Bagnarla con il vino, lasciare che si consumi, togliere l'aglio, unire la mentuccia e l'origano tritati assieme, mescolare bene e portare avanti la cottura a fuoco basso. Intanto lessare la pasta, quindi scolarla e condirla.
