FUSILLI ALLE FAVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fusilli
600 g Fave
3 pomodori da sugo
1 cipolla
2 spicchi aglio
Pecorino grattugiato
olio
sale

Mettere in una casseruola con l'olio l'aglio e la cipolla tritati, unire le Fave sgranate e scottate in acqua salata per 5 minuti, far insaporire, aggiungere i pomodori spellati e tagliati a filetti, versare un bicchiere d'acqua, salare e cuocere per 40--45 minuti. Cuocere i fusilli al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con le Fave e abbondante Pecorino e servire.
