FIORE DI TORTELLINI

Fiore_tortellini Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia surgelata
300 g tortellini
200 g piselli
150 g prosciutto cotto in una Sola fetta
1/4 l panna
sale
100 g champignon
burro

Con la pasta sfoglia scongelata fare un vol-au-vent a forma di Fiore. Cuocere i tortellini. Scaldare la panna con un grosso pezzo di burro, unire i funghi a fettine già scottati in padella con un filo d'olio, i piselli e il prosciutto a dadini. Salare e con questo sugo condire i tortellini. Versare tutto nel vol-au-vent scaldato in forno e servire subito.
