FETTUCCINE FUNGHI E ZUCCHINE

Ingredienti per 4 persone

250 g fettuccine all'uovo
150 g funghi (porcini)
2 zucchine
1 bustina Zafferano
q.b. aglio
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe
burro

Preparazione

  1. tagliare i funghi grossolanamente e le zucchine a rondelle fini
  2. soffriggere l'aglio nel burro e far saltare i funghi e le zucchine
  3. cuocere per 10 minuti unendo una tazzina da caffè di acqua calda con lo Zafferano diluito
  4. aggiustare di sale e Pepe e prezzemolo e saltare le fettuccine, scolate grossolanamente a cottura ultimata
