FARFALLINE COLORATE

Ingredienti:

g tonno sott'olio
400 g farfalline
1 cipolla
200 g pisellini lessati
4 pomodori perini maturi
1 peperone giallo
Salvia
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco secco
sale
Pepe
50 g burro

Rosolate la cipolla tritata nel burro, aggiungete i pisellini ed i peperoni tagliati a listarelle e continuate la cottura per 15 minuti. Unite la Salvia, i pomodori pelati e tagliati a pezzetti, il tonno spezzettato, sale, Pepe e vino facendo evaporare per qualche minuto. Condite le farfalline lessate in acqua salata bollente e servitele ben calde.
