FARFALLE RUSTICHE ACCIUGATE

Per 4 persone:
300g farfalle
12filetti Acciuga
40 gpinoli
16 noci (usare i gherigli)
q.b. olio
prezzemolo
aglio
sale
Pepe

Preparazione
  1. Tritare grossolanamente i gherigli di 8 noci con 30 gr. di pinoli
  2. In una pentola larga far sciogliere i filetti Acciuga nell'olio d'oliva e aglio
  3. unire il trito
  4. padellare la pasta, scolata al dente
  5. servire nei piatti, guarnedo con i rimanenti gherigli, pinoli e con del prezzemolo
