FARFALLE FANTASIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g farfalle
1 manciata spinaci
1 peperone rosso grosso
1/4 l panna liquida
30 g burro
1 scatola Mais
sale
Pepe

Lessare gli spinaci, scolarli e frullarli con la panna. Tagliare a dadini il peperone e rosolarlo velocemente nel burro assieme al Mais, scolato dalla sua acqua, e alla crema di spinaci. Salare e pepare.

Cuocere le farfalle, scolarle e condirle con la salsa.
