FARFALLE ALLA CREMA

farfalle_crema Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g farfalle
40 g burro
100 g panna
1 mazzetto prezzemolo tritato
Pepe verde
sale

Sciogliere il burro, unire il prezzemolo, un pizzico di sale e qualche grano di Pepe verde scolato dal liquido di conservazione e schiacciato con una forchetta. Unire la panna e mescolare, tenendo il fuoco basso. Scolare la pasta al dente, condirla con la salsa e mescolare con cura. Servire ben calda.
