ELICHE CON RICOTTA E BASILICO

eliche_ricotta_Basilico Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g eliche
250 g ricotta
50 g burro
3 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
3 cucchiai panna
1 mazzetto Basilico
1/2 spicchio aglio
10 mandorle dolci pelate
3 cucchiai latte
sale
pep e bianco

Passare al setaccio la ricotta e sbatterla con una frusta insieme al burro ammorbidito. Frullare il Basilico, le mandorle, il parmigiano, l'aglio, la panna, sale e Pepe. Mescolare la crema alla ricotta. Lessare la pasta al dente e condirla con il composto. Servire subito
