CREMA D'OLIVE

Saporita e semplice è la crema d'olive realizzata frullando 3 tipi diversi di olive (Kalimata, Gaeta e Taggia) con poco aglio, Peperoncino e prezzemolo, ammorbidendo l'impasto con olio d'oliva.

Si conserva a lungo coperta a filo con olio d'oliva e si usa per condire la pasta.
