COUSCOUS DI VERDURE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
450 g misto per minestrone tradizionale
10 olive verdi
100 g couscous si trova in vendita già cotto
1/2 cipolletta
2 cucchiai prezzemolo e Basilico tritati
1 dado per brodo
olio
sale

Appassire la cipolla con 2 cucchiai di olio, unire le verdure per minestrone, salare e far insaporire per qualche minuto prima di aggiungere 1/2 lt di brodo di dado. Cuocere per circa 50'. Poco prima di togliere dal fuoco unire le olive a pezzetti e il trito di prezzemolo e Basilico. Far riposare per 10' e servire con il couscous.
