CONCHIGLIETTE GRATINATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g conchigliette
50 g olive verdi
50 g olive nere
200 g tonno
1 Mozzarella
prezzemolo
vino bianco
pangrattato
aglio
olio
sale
Pepe

Rosolare l'aglio nell'olio, unire il tonno sbriciolato, far insaporire, bagnare col vino, farlo evaporare, salare, pepare e spolverizzare con il prezzemolo tritato.

Cuocere le conchigliette al dente, condirle con il sugo preparato, versarle in una pirofila, disporvi sopra la Mozzarella a fette, spolverizzare col pangrattato e far gratinare in forno.
